Ithraa Aldiyafa is a leader in travel arrangements for pilgrims visiting the holy sites. Deployed at their exhibition stand, the experience offered visitors an immersive and realistic preview of the hospitality and services that the company’s new facilities will provide in Arafat and Mina, setting a new standard for Hajj hospitality. Last year we delivered a VR experience for the sales launch of The Watercrest by Ellington Properties. Visitors were able to experience the development, walk around, and explore its amenities and units. This project truly pushed the boundaries of VR, as it incorporated one of the first uses of Lumen in VR. As part of ROSHN l روشن first mobile immersive sales office in the MENA region, we are proud to have developed a VR experience which helped prospective buyers explore, feel, and fully understand the future life in The Warefa Community. Users were able to: - Choose their journey between fully immersive VR with goggles or a gamepad experience. - Walk and freely explore the community, streets, parks, and amenities like the running track - See and understand all details such as the design of the exterior façades Step inside of units and explore three unit types to see and feel interior layouts, finishes, dimensions, and materials Our activation enhanced the buyer experience helping buyers make informed decisions and contributing to Roshn Group’s success and sales during Cityscape Global.
