In fact, research shows that men and women both thrive with flexible work options🕑, proving that productivity doesn't have a one-size-fits-all solution. 2- Microaggressions Matter: Every-day and subtle microaggressions 🗣 that are often overlooked contribute to a more hostile work environment; making women more likely to consider leaving and feeling burnt out. 3- Shattering the Broken Rung: The real obstacle isn't the glass ceiling anymore, but it is the first step into the "the first promotion". 🧗♀️ For every 100 men promoted, only 87 women overall, 73 women of color, and 54 Black women are promoted. 4- Ambition Is Alive! Contrary to the myth, the pandemic hasn't squashed women's ambitions.
