This was the challenge we faced with a project that holds value in every corner. It’s a space deeply rooted in memory, playing a significant role in the lives of many and occupying a special place in their hearts. How do we approach such a project? What do we deliver, and how? Do we take on the role of decision-makers, confidently shaping its trajectory, or do we embrace the role of decision experimenters, exploring and understanding before we act? These questions guided our journey as we worked on this meaningful project, balancing respect for its history with a vision for its future.
