We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi to oversee and ensure smooth and effective HR operations. This role involves implementing HR strategies, policies, and best practices that align with business objectives while addressing employee needs and supporting organizational goals.



This position focuses on executing effective HR strategies across key areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for employment-related matters, and will uphold HR policies that align with both business objectives and industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of industry experience, leadership abilities, and a people-centered approach, fostering a culture that promotes growth, engagement, and ethical standards across the organization.



Responsibilities


  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR areas, including compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
  • Support the company's human resources by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
  • Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Address grievances and policy violations, implementing disciplinary action when required.
  • Anticipate and manage potential litigation risks.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree in HR or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally with a background in Hospitality and F&B industries in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE employment legislation, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Business acumen with a focus on employee engagement and well-being.
  • Analytical skills with experience in HR data and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage a large staff.
  • Proficiency in the English and Arabic languages is preferred.
