Since 3 days, SMSA representatives are communicating with me with a statement that the will come to location for delivery. and for the 3rd day, I am kept in location waiting and having to cancel all my other commitments.  yet, online, I find misleading status that either they could not find me in location or it is a wrong address.  my shipment is perfume and I am worried about the heat (it might get spoiled). total dissatisfaction with the quality and caliber of SMSA delivery representatives. I hope the management can take necessary action to prevent deterioration of the business
