While the UAE ranked 3rd globally in physical well-being, the study reveals that financial well-being is a growing concern. In fact, 39% of employees in the UAE report that financial pressures are impacting their overall well-being, underscoring the need for organizations to take action. Earlier this month, we provided workers with free wellness checkups such as blood sugar and blood pressure screenings, and consultations by general practitioners and dentists. This initiative is our fourth this year and reflects our mission to improve the health and vitality of the people we serve - reaching over 1,200 individuals across the UAE in 2024. We would like to thank the medical professionals and our partners who help facilitate these screenings and ensure accessible health services are available within our community. These wellness checkups are important as they help share knowledge and reinforce that we’re all in this together.
