Thrilled to share my experience from the recent workshop hosted by Dubai International Project Management Forum in partnership with the IIL Middle East The event was a deep dive into "System Thinking to Succeed in Complex Projects," led by the esteemed Max Langosco di Langosco - MSc PMP CSM a senior trainer and consultant renowned for his expertise. This workshop was not only an opportunity to gain knowledge but also a platform for meaningful collaboration. Engaging with my peers in thought-provoking discussions and exchanging questions opened new perspectives for me. It was a transformative experience that significantly enriched my understanding of Systems Thinking. I'm deeply grateful to my colleagues (Razan M.
