Very convenient location, the hotel is located at a popular district Xidan, near the famous Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing street. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Xidan station exit F1. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM. The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM. The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

They have connecting room. However, you will need to inform house keeping each time to have it opened or close. It’s a bit troublesome but I I guess for the safety of the guest it is it. The drinks in the fridge are free for 1st refill. This information was not shared during check in. Was informed by the house keeper during their daily routine cleaning. Lastly, the hotel provided free wifi as well and again this was not mentioned during check in. Had to call and ask the receptionist to check it out. Overall the stay was good and if the receptionist/check in staff could explain and elaborate facilities of the hotel would be excellent. Please improve on this.

Hilton Beijing Wangfujing

The service provided by the check in staff - didn’t catch his name - on shift on 1 April ard 5.45pm was impeccable! ( short hair, round face with specs at the front desk - right side ) would like to commend him on his attentiveness, politeness which made us feel very welcomed. I also want to give special thanks to the concierge trainee Mia Su who helped me twice on 2nd April with my cardboard box of purchased items, help carry the box/ and also help talk to my didi driver on the right terminal to go to. She was polite, helpful and professional. The mister attendant at the front of the hotel was very helpful w our heavy suitcases and carton box full of Beijing specialty goods on 2 April 4.45pm when we were leaving for the airport Thanks Hilton Beijing, love the room and the good service provided by all the staff here. Will definitely come back again Lastly thanks for the cute Hilton bear from Robin Lin Da Fu.
Wyndham Beijing North
4.7/51992 Reviews
Huilongguan/Tiantongyuan Area
Hotel is very nice. Staff at hotel is great. The rooms are updated and spacious. There is no longer a spa. The pool area is run by a separate vendor and is an absolute mess. The pool itself is mostly community swimming lessons and full. The locker room is absolutely disgusting. The pool area staff are angry, miserable people and it really detracts from an otherwise nice place.
Aman Summer Palace

Zhongguancun Area
Always wanted to experience Aman Beijing, finally booked a one night stay. Upon arrival, Jason at the front desk was very helpful and patient in explaining various items and was pleasantly surprised to hear my room had been upgraded. The property and the room are just like the photos but actually physically being there and seeing all the details of the architecture, courtyards, and surrounding nature and birds is like being transported back in time to another era. In this sense, Aman Beijing accomplishes what no other modern five-star luxury hotel can come close to achieving - making one feel a certain emotion or feeling that they've never felt, or perhaps only experienced in their dreams. Everything from the furniture to the layout to the art to the lighting is so tastefully executed and done, the courtyards and grounds are kept immaculate (saw people sweeping away leaves), they even have the older style bicycles available to ride there. Ate at the Chinese restaurant twice, the environment and lighting is so nice, their dumplings are excellent and also really enjoyed some of their soups and vegetable offerings, very delicious. Unfortunately, I was quite sick that day and also had injured my knee the day before. One of the staff at the front desk noticed my limp and asked if I was okay. I told her I was fine, just a little sprain. She went to the back and brought out a traditional Chinese 'Ban Lan Gen' pain relief spray can which she kindly gave to me, saying I could use it and take it with me, very touched. I think it is moments like these which one will remember many years later. All the staff I met there were very kind, during lunch was fortunate enough to meet Ivy, the F&B Manager who was very warm and hospitable. Then during dinner, after I saw down, a restaurant staff asked if I would like an ice pack for my leg, I asked her if she thought it would help and she replied, ”Yes.” They proceeded to bring out a huge ice pack that was able to wrap around my entire knee, providing instant relief. Finally, when it was time to leave, the very lovely and kind Lucy asked if I would like more ice packs to be sent to my room so I could ice my knee before retiring for the night. Even though I was not feeling well, it was an unforgettable experience due in large part to the kind and wonderful staff there.
Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza

Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area
Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards. Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands Which is linked to the 1st class train system. It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city. And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members! I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!! Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty! Such dedication!!! Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination. On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding! Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother! Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero! Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too. Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves. Hope the next time we stay here sky guo would have fixed this feedback! Alongside with ensuring that luke warm pre made coffee will not be served. Absolutely charming sales director
Bai Fu Yi Hotel

East Second Ring Workers' Stadium Area
This was my second stay in a month at Baifuyi. The first time was two weeks ago, I took a domestic flight from this hotel to Daxing airport. This time I returned to Beijing from Daxing airport and took an international flight at the capital airport. In short, it is close to both airports in Beijing. It's also close to the city center. I got off the plane just over 2pm and took the subway to the hotel just over 4pm. In the evening, when the traffic is busiest, take a ride to Houhai to have dinner and a night out. The taxi fare is only over 30 yuan a trip, indicating that the road is not far. Back to the hotel at night is by subway. 🚇 On the way we went to the Ginza Mall to buy some fruit 🍎 and drink. it was less than ten o'clock we were back to the hotel. It's as if in this hotel, after getting off the plane, you can enjoy the beauty of Beijing immediately. And this time because we have one more person, five of us. We got an apartment suite. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom suite is newly renovated, well equipped and very clean. There is a large two-door fridge, a fully automatic washing machine, and a microwave and gas oven. There is more than 100 square meters of space for five of us, more than enough. It was originally planned for five people to book two hotel rooms. Now it is more affordable and convenient to book a suite. 👍 The rooms all have balconies and large glass flooring, so you don't have to go outside and see the beautiful scenery of Beijing. The excellence of the customer service was also one of the reasons we chose to come back. Jack Fan at the front desk, very aware of the fatigue of the travelers, he quickly completed the check in, so that we can easily get on board. Whether I'm in China or abroad, I prefer to book a hotel rather than a bed and breakfast when I travel. Although the hotel is more expensive, there are strict government regulations on fire prevention, burglary and hygiene. Stay at peace of mind in a hotel. I don't think B & B will tell you about the floor plans and escape routes. But it is a must for all star-rated hotels. The advantages of a bed and breakfast are spacious and convenient. At Baifuyi in Beijing, we enjoyed the delicate luxury of the star-rated hotels and the spacious and relaxing nature of the B & B.
Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace

China International Exhibition Center Area
The staff services is above industry standard and also above my personal experience and standard. I am a frequent flyer where i travel as much as two cities in a month. From the check in to the executive lounge experience is fantastic and enjoyable, we were treated very well and the room is always ready upon check in and our request for extra bottled water was fulfilled without any question asked. The staffs at the executive lounge were so attentive to our needs and go beyond their duty and obligation by helping us to get the temple of heaven ticket online. The food at the executive lounge always have different varieties not like other international hotels where their food are the same everyday.
