This is a hotel that will make your stay perfectly memorable and enjoyable! It has all the elements that bring you close to the local heritage. The hotel management spent 5 years from designing to building it, retaining most of the original heritage while allowing patrons to enjoy all modern facilities. Loving the idea of “daily movie night” - it’s a well thought activity for those who are too tired to travel in evenings. Service crews are mostly friendly, and I enjoy their kind gesture and flexibility. It’s not as costly as the other few top-tiered heritage hotels. I highly recommend this hotel who those who love simplicity yet still hope to feel close to the local heritage.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel, after a few year after I still choosing this hotel. So far everything still good for me just having some unpleasant experience need to feedback. Firstly, I’m booking this hotel room with 2 single bed, but after check at the counter they only can provide me one king-bed, I staying with my sister I tell that we want seperate bed room, at the end they give add in one additional portable bed in my room. So that I only can let me sister using the king size bed and I’m tall and big size guy using the portable bed for 2 night and make me very uncomfortable. Second, the hotel room like a signal blocking zone, our mobile phone 5g own data like very weak signal to receive in there, and the hotel WiFi provided by was more funny, some time appear some time disappear. Third. the room should doing some maintenance, some corner the wood is chip, in the bathroom the shower hanger is damage and the shower very dirty of water mark, please do a proper cleaning next time. Since it’s stated is a 4-5 stars hotel then should provide the worthy and value for customer spend the money.

The room was comfortable with good amenities provided. The service at the reception was also excellent. However, the noise from the upper floors was excessive and very disturbing. I stayed on the ground floor, but the loud sounds of people moving furniture, hammering, and knocking on walls were disruptive. Additionally, the bathroom light was not working, making the bathroom dim and unpleasant. The TV couldn’t connect properly due to the intermittent Wi-Fi, which kept disconnecting. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t bother calling customer service. On the bright side, the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was an okay stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Great location, directly overlooking Pantai Puteri Melaka. The room could definitely be improved. Unfortunately, there are no photos available to spare you from being traumatized. I came here for a business trip, and my room wasn't the best. The floor and furniture were dusty, and I had to personally sanitize the whole room because I wasn't convinced of its cleanliness. The toilet was decent, but the sink was kind of clogged, so I was only able to use the shower and other amenities. There was no comb or toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The bed was comfortable, thankfully. I was skeptical that there might be bedbugs because I noticed a stain on the bedsheet, but it turned out to be all good. I had a comfortable rest for the night, except for the loud noise from the fridge. The location was great, easy to park and near the entrance. The staff were really friendly, so that's a plus point.

Wow, this hotel is really clean. I love clean hotel. Thank you Asiatic Hotel : housekeeping team for keeping the rooms so clean. I love this hotel and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel. I love their design of their rooms too. Very comfortable and have lot of places to put our things in organised way. They have a small fridge in the hotel. Most importantly, lot of foods and restaurants nearby. They have a cafe and 711 next door so convenient and superb. Thank you Asiatic Hotel for your hospitality and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel.
