Great hotel, with a great location in the main town. Easy to walk to everything. Clean and spacious room and great spa facilities! Would definitely stay again

The best possible location in Gdansk. If you are lucky to have a sunny weather, you can have a city break and beach holiday (rooftop pool) for the price of one! The rooms were clean and the breakfast tasty, including chocolate fountain and sparkling wine. The view from the rooftop bar was good and their drinks selection is large.

I could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected. Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture. I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot. And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads. I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station. But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

Pros: Great location, less than 30 seconds on foot to Long Market. Cons: - There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road. - The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com - Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

The room is very spacious, with a river view outside the window, very comfortable! The location is very good, the central block is just outside, and there are many delicious restaurants around. Parking is convenient, just opposite the hotel in the underground parking lot, but it is a bit expensive, 120 Polish zloty per night!

Family holiday trip, staying at this hotel in Gdansk, this is a city center location, just on Amber Street, right outside, it is not far from all attractions, there is bottled water, no phone in the room, no kettle and coffee Machine, as you can freely enjoy tea or coffee with your room card in the lobby. The room is also good. Our room is an interior view room, the lobby lights are bright, the room has blackout curtains, and the breakfast is also good for me. A highly recommended hotel, located in the old town of Gdansk, close to the cathedral, just outside the door, a quiet place in the bustling city, not far from the Long Street, the Golden Gate, the City Hall, the Poseidon Statue, the Green Gate, etc., about 15-20 minutes walk to the train station, the hotel shower water is very hot and comfortable, the water flows quickly, the breakfast is rich and colorful, the choice is diverse, the crepe has 4 kinds of sauce to choose from, full marks, there are different ones every day, pickled fish and smoked fish are really recommended, especially delicious! ! The front desk communication is also very good, very nice, the hotel is very clean, I strongly recommend this hotel, stay here when you come to Gdansk, don't hesitate!

The room is quite large, the window is opened facing the canal, the scenery is very good, the old town is fun, the shopping on Amber Street is all around, and there are many restaurants with special decoration nearby.
