Isfahan Hotels with Airport pickup service

The biggest draw with this hotel is the magnificent garden that will rival any places in the world. Apparently Queen Elizabeth II stayed here for this reason. The guest rooms are very spacious with high ceiling and open out to the balcony facing the garden. The interior of public areas is of classic elegance, including the dining rooms for breakfast and dinner. One can imagine the perfect setting for particular dressed up occasions. The service in the restaurants are very average; one can see the waiters are old hands who have been around for decades. Hence, most requests are not met. Anything off the menu is met with a No. Staying here for 3 days have been most enjoyable. The biggest mistake one can make will be not staying in the Old Wing.

Location is great. It is located at the opposite of the legendary Abbasi Hotel, you can walk to nearby Shams Abadi street where there are a lot of restaurants. During our 3-night stay, no one ever came to make up our room, but they did bring clean towels to us upon request. For only 3 nights, I am OK with that though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there because of the location, however the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. There are simply no choices, only Persian style, that means not many to eat, no ham no sausage no fried or scrambled egg, only hard boiled egg. An USD 20 per nite hostel in Shiraz/ Kashan has better breakfast than this. I am not a demanding person so I still think it is acceptable. But even hard boiled egg they couldn’t do it right. The shell is sticking to the egg and you can’t peel out an complete egg. I mean it is the simplest food a breakfast kitchen can make for its customers and it failed. Will I recommend this hotel? No. If you skip breakfast, then maybe you can consider.

The room rate is at a disadvantage, and you can check in directly at the local area, as long as you pay 50 US dollars a night; it is more than 100 RMB cheaper than Ctrip. Ctrip really should refund me the price difference. I have stayed in the hotel many times. It was booked by customers before. It is next to the 33-hole bridge. The location is good and the breakfast is good. I booked a single room with only two small beds. I don’t give a bad review for the big bed.

There are many kinds of breakfast, upstairs is more open, the hotel is relatively high-level in the local area, breakfast is very good to enjoy the view, everything is very satisfactory, the hotel location is also good, in the alley, walk to Imam The square is also very close. In addition to the price is a bit expensive, the comprehensive evaluation is good ...

I think this is a boutique hotel, not a hotel. In terms of location, it is very good. Its standard rooms are ordinary, but there are other special and large rooms that I recommend. They are average in terms of cleanliness. To enter, they have welcome, which feels very good, a cool natural fruit juice. The employees are polite, but for example, one thing was not pleasant for me, one of the employees asked me to write about the bathroom on TripAdvisor and stood next to me to do it and I said thank you, then I will definitely do it! But in general, all the staff are kind. Pillows could be more comfortable as they are a bit firm. The breakfast was good, but one of the unpleasant things is when a guest comes from outside for breakfast, unfortunately, they don't manage that situation at all, the food for the hotel's guests is not enough and you have to wait for the recharge! They clean the dirty tables very late and we have to wait for cleaning with the breakfast tray! The food in the hotel was very high quality but expensive. And I wish the dishes made with veal were better, they are mostly mutton. The hotel bathroom is a great and special experience that I definitely recommend. به نظرم اینجا یک بوتیک هتله، نه یک هتل. از نظر موقعیت مکانی خیلی خوب است. اتاق های استانداردش معمولی هستند اما اتاق های خاص و بزرگ دیگری هم‌دارد که من آنها را پیشنهاد میکنم.از نظر تمیزی متوسط هستند. برای ورود ولکام دارند که خیلی حس خوبی دارد ، یک آب میوه ی طبیعی خنک. کارکنان مودب هستند اما مثلا یک‌ مورد برای من خوش آیند نبود، یکی از کارکنان از من خواست که درباره ی حمام در تریپ ادوایزر بنویسم و کنارم ایستاد تا انجام دهم و گفتم ممنون بعد حتما این کار را انجام میدهم! اما در کل همه ی کارکنان مهربان هستند. بالش ها میتواند راحت تر باشند چون کمی سفت هستند. صبحانه خوب بود اما یکی از چیزهایی که ناخوش آیند است زمانی هست که مهمان از بیرون برای صبحانه می آید ، متاسفانه اصلا مدیریت آن شرایط را ندارند ، غذاهابرای مهمانان خود هتل کم می آید و باید منتظر شارژ بمانی! میزهای کثیف را خیلی دیر تمیز میکنند و باید با سینی صبحانه منتظر تمیز کردن بمانیم! غذاهای هتل خیلی باکیفیت بود اما گران. و کاش غذاهایی که با گوشت گوساله درست میشود ببشتر بود، اکثرا گوسفندی هستند. حمام هتل تجربه ی بسیار عالی و خاصی هست که حتما پیشنهاد میکنم.

The English at the front desk is more fluent and can communicate normally.

In my opinion, Isfahan Heritage Hostel is one of the best places that you can find as a tourist or even for a long time in Isfahan. They have clean rooms and it is very satisfying for me, who cares about cleanliness. The behavior of the staff is very friendly and they really help to provide enough comfort. I am very grateful to Mahdi who helped at Isfahan Heritage Hostel. My only problem was the lack of a coffee machine, and if they think about better quality coffee, it would be great.

I really enjoyed staying at this guest house. The rooms are good and spacious. Refrigerator, hair dryer and washing accessories, complete set. The breakfasts are super and in a very authentic place. And the girls who work at the reception are the most important decoration of this guest house. They helped us with all our questions and were very nice and hospitable. Beauty will save the world))
