Hot spring Hotels in Kawasaki

Firstly, we had an issue at check in and Trip.Com were hopeless dealing with it. The girl online just didn't want to listen to our plight. I didn't know that Trip is China based. With respect to the hotel it's the best one we stayed in on this visit. The property appears very new. The amenities are terrific. The hot spa is a great relief after walking around nearby attractions and shopping. We will certainly stay again 5🌟

Brilliant capsule hotel, super clean and very pleasant to stay for one night. From Haneda airport it is only 30 minutes to reach by public transportation and very easy to find the hotel just by keep walking straight on the left side of the Grand Exit and passing the Citadel area. Onsen is a 5 star standard with sauna, hot, cold and outdoor bath. The testing area is extremely comfortable . Price of this capsule hotel is unbeatable .

They were able to store my luggage in advance. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, so I was able to check in before the time. There are many foreign staff members. The free drink area is spacious and relaxing. The room was simple and stylish, easy to use and comfortable. Of course, there was free Wi-Fi and the pillows were good. It's a shame that there's only a shower in the winter, but it's nice to be able to use the underground hot spring in the morning and evening. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for 13 days as a couple because of the need in Kanto. The room took a twin. I forgot the name of the room. It was a room on the 4th floor. The room was larger than I had imagined, and the room was well cleaned and comfortable. It's convenient for me because I don't have to use a card every time the lock is a PIN. The soap in the room has a nice scent. I hadn't been in the hot spring for a long time, so I was able to relax and refresh at the hot spring public bath. I was grateful that I could check the congestion status of the hot springs and the coin laundry on the tablet terminal in the room. I was able to relax in the large communal bath aiming for a vacancy. It was a pity that breakfast was a lunch box due to the influence of Corona. When I asked the front desk about breakfast, I was grateful that I could consider other options if there was an explanation that it was a lunch box. I will use it again when I am on a business trip to Kanto.
