First of all, praise the service, which was prompt and thoughtful. I don’t know if it’s because it just opened less than a month ago. I feel like there are more service staff than guests. When I checked in, there were two staff members guiding me to the guest room. One helped drag my luggage and the other guided the way. It made me suddenly forget that I was staying on a business trip. Garden, I thought I was staying in a luxury hotel. Secondly, let’s talk about the breakfast. There are many kinds of breakfast. The staff is very considerate. Seeing that I was a little burnt while carrying the hot spicy soup that was just out of the pot, they took the initiative to take it and hold it for me. My favorability level increased. Finally, let’s talk about the shortcomings. First, I stayed in a twin room alone. When I got back to the hotel at 8:30, the turndown was already open. This was good, but why was the turndown only open for the bed next to the window? If I want to sleep on a bed next to the bathroom, it won't be a turn-down function at all. Second, the shower room lacks storage shelves, which is a very unfriendly design. The need for guests to bring their own toiletries was not taken into consideration. Although the hotel provided basic toiletries, no matter how difficult it was, we still had to consider the needs of guests who wear glasses to put their glasses. Moreover, the door of the shower room is far away from the sink, even if it is placed nearby. On the counter and out of reach in the bathroom. Third, the chandelier was not connected to the main control. When I was almost sleepy at night, I couldn't turn off the lights in the whole room with one click. I just looked around in and out of the guest room while feeling sleepy, and asked the front desk. I know that there is a special knob on the control panel of the other bed to control the chandelier. But after a lot of tossing, the sleepiness faded away, and it started brewing again. This design was too unsatisfactory.

Every day is not heavy. The hotel covers a large area. Return to the room, or go to the restaurant, or go to the hot spring shuttle bus to come on call. The room environment is clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, and there is a space for children to play independently. The service is warm and home away from home. The hotel is in the mountains and forests. The natural environment is beautiful, like living in a natural oxygen bar ! Like a spot too.

Service is superB, they washed my clothes and was attentive to all my requests. I feel like this is the best cheapest hotel I ever stayed in. I hope hotel standards are like this, service quality is commendable. Room is huge, clean, cozy and spacious! I want to stay here again. The actual room is better than photo, this looks like a 4 star hotel

No parking lot

It was not my first choice. I looked at the first and second hotels, but they were too remote. I drove to Liuling Square and saw Tianyan Hotel at a glance. The location is very good, and it is very convenient for eating, staying and playing. Although it is an old-fashioned decoration, the bedding is very clean, and I feel more at ease living there. Free bath, breakfast and dinner, although a bit tasteless, but full of sincerity. The price is reasonable, and the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, 👍

五一這個價位真的很良心，套房+浴缸，每晚450～房間很大，洗手間更大。剛進屋那會，香水味太重，後來我們開窗後就好了。另外因為客房在2樓，樓下是臨街店鋪，早晚有點吵，但除了這個，其他都滿分
