A very pleasantly surprised hotel with a great environment and complete facilities. The rooms are also large, with smart controls and are very clean. The overall number of rooms is not too large, so it doesn't feel crowded even when full, and it's very quiet overall. There aren't many restaurants within walking distance, but there are Chinese and Western restaurants in the hotel, the prices are reasonable, and the food is good.

The mid- to high-end hotels on the Dongqian Lake have their own characteristics, and the Shanshui Junlan has more field and water characteristics. As the name of the hotel is ”resort”, if you want to relax and vacation, you can't go wrong here. I wanted to stay in the rapeseed season in March and April, when the hotel and the surrounding areas will be more charming, but who would miss the Valentine's Day holiday. The comprehensive cost performance of the hotel is very high. The services in various links from the lobby, shuttle bus to the restaurant are in place. In particular, I would like to thank Xiao Min, the front desk receptionist, for her timely, caring and thoughtful service. It is a little regrettable that the restaurant waiter did not inform the size of the dishes. At dinner, the two ordered four dishes, and the dishes in the basin were large. As a result, the delicious food was hard to contain. I think I will come again when the colorful season comes.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn was an incredibly pleasant experience, particularly thanks to Chris at the front desk. His expertise and problem-solving skills were truly impressive. Every time I passed the front desk, Chris greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel very welcome and comfortable. He handled all my requests swiftly, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. Not only is Chris efficient, but he also often offered help unprompted, even recommending several local eateries that were excellent choices. Such staff members are invaluable assets to the Hilton Garden Inn, and Chris's outstanding service is a large part of why I would choose to stay here again.

Good hotel located just a 5 minute walk away from Tianyi square. The breakfast area was being renovated when I stayed, so didn't try the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. Great value for money!

Advantages: 1. The functional layout of the hotel is reasonable, with clear lines between the lobby, restaurant, guest rooms, and elevators, and the decoration style is simple and fashionable. Parking is free, which is very friendly to car owners. 2. The room area is sufficient, and the bathing, toilet, and dressing spaces at the door are cleverly designed, which can greatly meet the various needs of customers. 3. All kinds of facilities are very humanized: silicone pillows, LED backlight bathroom mirrors, pressurized large showers, and USB sockets reflect the designer's thoughtfulness everywhere. 4. Xiaoxue and Xiaoshuang provide thoughtful service. I left a piece of clothing in the room. They took the initiative to ask me and helped me put it away until I took it back. Places worth optimizing: 1. There are no hooks or hanging rods on the wall around the washbasin, which is not convenient for hanging towels. 2. The wontons for breakfast are not given any condiments, and all customers have to add them themselves. 3. I want to watch CCTV News, but I can't tune it in on TV.

The hotel was good. Staff is helpful and polite. Everything went smooth. Rooms were nice looking but it would be better if they'd put more attention to the cleaning. The only problem I had was there was a sound of running water kept coming in my room the whole night which made me so annoyed.

This trip was a short one for me but the stay was great. There was no towel I asked for one which they didn’t understand over the phone but came to my door to ask me again and then gave it to me. Breakfast was delicious. Chinese cuisine but not very plans I loved that. Oh and the room was clean and cozy.
