Shutter drop you at the side and you need to take own heavy luggage by staircase, then only you will see the check in counter inside. God blessed that we manage to get helper when check out.

The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.

Because Shengting was under maintenance this time, Wuzhen officials helped us upgrade to Jintang Mansion for free. Both Jintang and Shengting were renovated from old houses of wealthy families. They can feel the ancient charm and modern convenience. Whether it is equipment, food or service, they are all high-end. There are no slippers in the room, the glass at the elevator door is recommended to be rectified, and the hotel experience is very poor! I stayed at the hotel in October 2024, but I came with expectations, but ended in disappointment. There are serious problems with the design of the elevator door of the hotel. The mirror overlaps with the elevator button. In the process of pressing the elevator, it is easy to touch the mirror by mistake, resulting in accidentally damaging the mirror, and compensation of 1,500 yuan for this. In the process of communicating with the manager, the manager revealed that the same situation had occurred before the guests. It is no accident to further explain the design defects of the hotel. In this case, the hotel should actively rectify them. If the rectification is not carried out, there will definitely be other guests encountering similar problems in the future. I hope that the hotel management can pay attention to this problem and make adjustments as soon as possible, so as not to let such design defects affect the stay experience of more guests.

The family room was nice, big and clean. The price is right and the transportation nearby is very good. Very close to Wanxianghui Shopping Mall. It takes 30 minutes to drive to Wuzhen in the morning, which is okay.

He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way. Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay. Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting. The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay. In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
