I brought my baby to Xiangshan this time and was very satisfied with the hotel. Keely at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and contacted us in advance to arrange the room. Later, I stayed for another night and needed to change rooms. Brother Jimmy enthusiastically helped me carry my luggage and provided considerate service. The hotel also gave the baby sand digging toys and a small windmill, as well as a large children's playground. It is a parent-child friendly hotel, suitable for bringing babies to stay. The Chinese restaurant is delicious, and there are no blind spots. I will come again next time.

We had a good stay. The hotel staff Sam was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade, and we're attentive. Nice fireworks was organised on 31st night next to the beach thus, it was a grand start to the new year. Though, hardly any staff spoke English except for Sam, yet they were able to help via translation through WeChat. On 31st night the Buffet dinner just had Chinese food selection and not much vegetarian option, when we asked if they could do any other vegetarian dishes, the manager and the chef went out of their way, and to our surprise they served us Indian style fried rice and vegetables korma and barbecued veggies... What could be better than this thoughtful gesture... On top of that they made the dinner complimentary for us. Many thanks for your warm hospitality. We will certainly be back at this amazing hotel. 👍👍🙏🙏

The hotel is in a prime location, with many attractions within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, with complete facilities, making it very suitable for family trips or business trips.

I chose the loft suite for my second stay. It has a high floor and a lot of space. Unfortunately, it only has a skylight, which is a bit regretful. It was a very comfortable stay, and the bedding was good and hygienic. The waiters were very kind and the breakfast was rich. I stayed here for three days and had different tastes. On the day of check-in, I was given afternoon tea and Crown Hotel swimming tickets and hot spring tickets. I happened to go there to play. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and not irritating. The newly opened facilities in the hot spring were very high-end and worth a dip. Pets are allowed in the hotel for a fee, 300 yuan per pet per day, which I personally feel is a bit expensive. This time it cost 900 yuan to stay for three consecutive days. I reported the pet fee issue to the housekeeper, and the manager waived the pet fee by 300 yuan. Thank you for your praise.

New hotel, the environment is very good, the service is OK, but the sanitation is too poor, there are many flies in the restaurant, the cleaning is not clean, the bathrobe has not been replaced, and there are long hairs on it.

I went on a vacation with my best friend and happened upon a hotel that was very quiet and beautiful. After arriving, I communicated with the housekeeper and upgraded to a larger room for a higher price. The extra large space made it more comfortable. It is a hotel suitable for being in a daze and relaxing while looking at the sea.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

Atour is really getting better and better. The location is very good. There are Starbucks and food stalls downstairs. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is also good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not good. The neighbors are using water in the bathroom, which makes a lot of noise. You can also hear the neighbors talking. I guess it was a flaw when the building was built.
