Shaanxi History Museum (2)

The predecessor of the Shaanxi History Museum was the "Shaanxi Provincial History Museum" established in June 1944. It was renamed the Shaanxi Provincial Museum in June 1955. After several renamings and expansions, it was officially completed and opened on June 20, 1991, and was named the Shaanxi History Museum. This museum not only carries rich historical culture but also witnesses the changes in the history of Shaanxi and even China. Each museum has pottery figurines from different dynasties. I like Tang figurines very much. They reflect the living conditions of the Tang Dynasty, as if traveling through history, which is fascinating! The Shaanxi History Museum has Tang Dynasty painted and gilded figurines, which is a pleasant surprise.
