First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.

Amazing trip! Excellent service, the staff was super friendly, helpful and extremely efficient! We also received a check-out gift. The complimentary afternoon tea with waffles and the breakfast was delicious. We also got a photo shoot done by a professional photographer and the pictures were amazing. The view is breathtaking, it will definitely make you feel like you are in Greece. Overall the experience was great and very worth it♥️♥️♥️

The stay at Miyet Moneva Xia was perfect, a warm B&B. The location is very superior, the surrounding attractions include the Observatory, Dapeng So City, Orange Fishing Sand, Yangmei Pit and so on. There is also a beauty shooting service photographer jc shot very well, the hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the butlers are enthusiastic and cheerful young people very energetic and polite, any demand can be quickly responded. Giving us back food recommendations and tour guides is really courteous, giving people a comfortable sense of home. The design around the bed and breakfast is very praiseworthy, the rooms are clean and textured, the sea view is very good to see the sunset, the facilities in the house have a projection, mini, toiletries are very good soft and comfortable beds, make a good night's sleep. Sanitary facilities are all available, and are very well maintained, in short, the experience is full, highly recommended ~

The location is really good, nearby a lot of CVS, cafes and restaurants. Short walk to Hongdae Street. The hotel has common kitchen, gym, and common work place which was kinda cool. It was a little hard to find out where to check in, and even messaging them via trip.com there was no reply. Had to ask for a local for help to locate the checkin place, and he called the number and no one picked up. Eventually spotted a not very obvious standee on the right of the escalator that writes Checkin B1. Checkin staff was pretty friendly, and was fast. Can choose to use their kiosk to check in as well, and checkout can just return the card via the kiosk. Space in the room is really limited, but can fit 2 mid size luggage. There’s automated toilet bowl with seat warming function. The shower area is a bathtub. Cleanliness wise not the best cause there’s stains on the bedding and curtains, tho toilet is rather clean. The walls are a little thin, can easily hear outside movements and from room beside. I think it’s a good stay, but cleanliness can be improved.

Stayed in the well equipped one bedroom residence, though it lacked a bathtub and was next to a restaurant on level 30—thankfully, the room was soundproof. The breakfast spread was impressive with diverse options, and the rooftop bar’s free-flow drinks from 5–6 PM were a nice touch. The boxing class by Khun March was excellent. A suggested improvement would be to increase the shuttle frequency to Chit Lom BTS station, as 1 per hour between 8am to 7pm is insufficient for a prime hotel in relatively inaccessible location.

The hotel is located on Floor 28/29 in The Bridge SOHO Building. Check-In / Check-Out was easy. Next to the hotel are several options to eat, shop and nightlife. Room was big and the view was stunning. I booked a room with river view. i want to notice that the bathroom smelled like mold. It was also flooded after showering and I have seen cockroaches every now and then. The pool area was nice and the gym was also great especially if you want to do a basic workout. I was skeptical about TeaHorse at first due to the lack of reviews but this turned out to be a wonderful stay! We stayed here overnight on our 2 day hike through the Tiger Leaping Gorge. We upgraded to the Deluxe Standard Room (for extra 50 CNY) since the room is newer and slightly bigger. The ensuite toilet was basic but very clean. The beds were also heated and the aircon could be used for heating and cooling. The guesthouse also runs a restaurant cooking homecooked meals and a cafe/bar boasting a beautiful view. We felt that the view from TeaHorse was better than the one at Halfway House, which seems to be the more popular resting spot amongst hikers. The view of stars from the cafe viewpoint at night is also amazing. The staff helped us book a return bus to Lijiang, which left from Tina’s guesthouse the next day. Tina’s was a 4h hike from TeaHorse and we boarded the bus back to Lijiang Old Town with no problem. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend this room as an overnight rest point for hikers.

The hotel is situated close to the North Gate of Dukezong ancient town. There is a service which gets your baggage to and fro the hotel. It’s an amazing hotel with a superb interior and incredibly hospitable staff. The lady at the reception was so nice that she helped us walk through the slippery staircases when we checked out. I loved everything about the hotel - also the great view of the city and modern sanitation facilities. It was great value for money too. Would definitely recommend!

This homestay is the best! Very recommended 👌🏻 the host is very accommodating. The location is just perfect. It’s near to everything. There’s bed warmer and floor heater and the toilet comes with automatic bidet. There’s washing machine and even extra jackets that can be borrowed from the hotel as we undermine the cold in Shangrila the puffer jacket we borrowed really help us a lot with the cold. There’s pickup and dropoff service for free to and fro the Railway Station. The room that we book is really nice and the view is also nice. Please stay here if you come to Shangrila. You won’t regret it.

We loved this hotel! It was so mystical being in this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and big enough to cater to two big luggage. The shower area came with heater so you don’t feel cold after switching off the water supply! They provide good amenities as well! The toothbrushes and shower gel were of excellent quality. The breakfast prepared is excellent! I am still thinking about the 米线 as it was just so delicious. Our hotel package came with free pick-up or drop off service as well as a free costume experience situated within the hotel. We ended up getting a package so we may go and have some photos taken! The make up artist and photographer were very knowledgeable and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a short distance to the ancient town. The hotel itself is situated at a corner which could make it difficult for Didi drivers to know where to alight. However, it’s actually quite easy to walk in from the main road. That said, we had to leave the hotel before staying the last night as they had a power outage that lasted for the entire day. We had thought it’ll be resolved as we’ll be travelling around Dali Ancient Town, but it still wasn’t when we arrived back late at night. This caused some inconvenience as there was no lights nor heater. The outage was only solved the following day after we left! They could’ve provided us with some back up options to head to another hotel or something as that would be good service recovery.

Staying at this guesthouse in Lijiang was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is PERFECT, right inside the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient to explore the charming streets. What made this experience even more memorable was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. Since the old town is a bit tricky to navigate, the owner personally came to pick us up when we arrived, ensuring we had no trouble finding the place. When we left, he even walked us to the edge of the old town to make sure we got on our way smoothly. His personal involvement in running the guesthouse creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the owner is very knowledgeable about local attractions and provided us with great recommendations on places to visit. This was incredibly helpful and enhanced our overall experience in Lijiang. If you're visiting Lijiang ancient city, I highly recommend staying here. It’s not just a place to sleep, it’s an experience filled with warmth and local charm. I will definitely choose this guesthouse again on my next visit! MOST importantly, the price is really reasonable!

This hotel is very unique and warm, it feels like home and represents the Bai's culture. The location is so great, it's so close to the main road where the bus from the train station stops and where the bus to Lijiang gets on (only 2-3 minutes, you just need to cross the road). Not only that, it is also within walking distance to the dali ancient town, it's actually in the area of ancient town. The lady owner speaks english really well!! And in addition christina, the front desk lady + the front desk guy helped me booking my bus ticket to lijiang, i am so grateful.

Great location! Not far from the city entrance. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff so welcoming and helpful. You can book a room with railway pickup service. She gave good recommendations and assist us finding car back to railway station. She even gave hair pin and snack for us to have on the early morning train. The room has some stains on the wall but everything else was clean. It was cozy with all necessary amenities. I wish I can rate more than 5 stars on service.

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast alot of options n delicious. I dine in for dinner as well and the food is delicious. You can order dishes pair with rice or even hotpot. Front desk is helpful. There is a hot spring as well if u are interested. The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well. Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.
