In October, Build Green Group had the opportunity to lead a workshop with 6 dedicated chambers/business associations involved in the #EcosystemBuildersAlbania project implemented by enpact. Our focus? One of the most vital aspects of organizational sustainability: access to funding. Throughout the day, we delved into essential topics related to grants and funding programs. Build Green Group provided step-by-step guidance on navigating the often-complex application processes, ensuring that participants felt empowered and equipped. By the end of the workshop, each participant left with a comprehensive roadmap tailored to their unique needs for securing funding. They also developed actionable plans to share this knowledge with their chamber members who are running small and medium businesses. After the workshop, one on one meeting was organized and conducted with all 6 chambers/business associations. The one-on-one meetings aimed to assess progress, address challenges, and develop strategies for enhancing efficiency and sustainability in business associations. They focused on providing tailored support in project proposal writing, funding opportunities, and resource sharing for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Together for a greener, sustainable and digital future! The program is implemented in collaboration with GIZ Albania, within the framework of the “Sustainable Economic and Regional Development, Employment Promotion and Vocational Education and Training – ProSEED 2.0” project, on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
