Our team is looking for a #NarrativeDesigner for a new mobile F2P project— a series of classic hidden object games (HoG) in the genre of a 👻 mystical thriller with 💀 horror elements, set in a "realistic" 1960s-70s style. 🔥 What You’ll Be Doing - Collaborate with the producer to create the game's story (logline, synopsis, episodic breakdown with quests, character creation, writing dialogues, and other in-game texts). - Design all components of the game: visuals and content of scenes, zoom zones; create quest chains; select mechanics for mini-games; write storyboards for cutscenes, etc. - Break down tasks for artists, technical designers, support the production process, review art, and provide accurate feedback to the team. 🔥Our Ideal Candidate - Has worked as a game designer or narrative game designer for over 1 year, particularly in the hidden object genre. - Has the ability to create and implement a story into the game. - Can analyze and deconstruct other games and game mechanics. - Has experience writing in-game texts, including dialogues. - Enjoys working on technical tasks and collaborating with the team. - Is deeply engaged in the project they are involved in. - Has upper-Intermediate level of English and Russian. 🔥 What We Offer - The opportunity to contribute to the creation of games. - Remote full-time work in a stable gaming company. - A management style that is open to dialogue, trusts the team, and is focused on uniting efforts to achieve results. - A team of passionate specialists who will support and help in difficult situations. - 23 days of vacation, 3 personal days, and paid sick leave. 🤝 If you have any questions or wish to apply, please reach out directly through our company page.
