The design of the corn cabins has been honored as the winner in two prestigious international award ceremonies. Located on the bends of Dilijan, the design of these wooden corn cabins received accolades at the esteemed NYX Awards and Muse Awards, triumphing in the categories of Advertising & Design - Outdoor Ad Design and Marketing & Promotional - Character Design. By securing first place, our design has been recognized as the best, outshining numerous projects presented by various renowned international organizations. This achievement underscores our commitment to excellence and innovative approaches. We are confident that this recognition will enhance awareness of our projects and our country while also promoting the development of new creative ideas.

This spring, we launched the “City Talks with Mark Grigoryan” podcast series on our official YouTube channel, focusing on the urban and architectural landscape of Armenia. Throughout these months, we have had the privilege of hosting esteemed architects, designers, and residents of Yerevan. We are excited to announce that in conjunction with the conclusion of the second season, we will be holding a panel discussion titled “Reconceptualizing Architecture and Urban Development in Armenia,” featuring prominent experts in the field. Armen Shatvoryan, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Architecture of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. We participated in a roundtable discussion organized by Enterprise Armenia (EA) and the Tourism Committee, focused on the development of public-private sector cooperation in Armenia’s hotel industry. Katerina Danekina, the Head of Dilijan Projects at our company, spoke about our upcoming initiatives. During the discussion, the significance of the recent regional tourism conference held in Dilijan was also highlighted, marking it as an important event for Armenia’s growing tourism sector.

This year, Dilijan hosted the Tourism Regional Forum. The event is envisioned to become an annual tradition, playing a vital role in advancing tourism development and strengthening collaboration among key stakeholders in the sector.
