🤝 The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a €45.31 million results-based loan to enhance the quality of healthcare services in Armenia. Complemented by a $2 million grant from the Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia and the Pacific, the program is set to drive critical improvements between 2024 and 2028. 🏥 The initiative focuses on addressing key challenges such as outdated infrastructure and the limited utilization of healthcare services, particularly in rural areas. Key priorities include constructing or rehabilitating 24 health facilities that integrate climate- and gender-responsive designs, advancing telemedicine initiatives, and leveraging digital technologies to strengthen the health workforce and enable data-driven decision-making. These efforts are underpinned by a strong commitment to improving the quality of care, ensuring services are patient-centric, equitable, and effective 🙌  At Vickino, we recognize the importance of such transformative programs and are ready to support the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia in implementing these ambitious initiatives.
