Good overall, but purchased puzzles should be easier to find

Keeps my daughter happily entertained once she’s found the packs that are available. I have to say I’m disappointed that the dashboard doesn’t pull puzzle packs that have been already purchased to the top to make them easier to find. I initially bought packs across 3 themes (Frozen, Winnie the Pooh and Nature) but these are spread out over a vast menu which isn’t very user friendly and quite frustrating, particularly for children. Could this be fixed?

Also I wish I’d read a previous review about not buying the ‘400 puzzle value pack’ - definitely wasn’t a good investment and would not recommend this option.

Besides the glaring issue with the clunky and frustrating navigation between ‘for sale’ and ‘purchased’ packs (so definitely make sure you disable in app purchases before giving it to a child!), and the pit fall of the value pack not being good value, it’s a good app overall and has provided a bit of peace and quiet while I make dinner!

Ok, but don’t fall for the “super saver” plan!

My 3 year old enjoys this enough that I decided to buy some Mickey Mouse puzzles. I went with the expensive 400+ Super Saver plan that was promoted next to the pack I wanted to buy - but my chosen packs aren’t even included!!! It doesn’t tell you what’s included and what isn’t so you think you’re unlocking the whole thing at that price - but you’re getting about half and not necessarily the ones you want. I feel VERY ripped off by Disney right now. I’m furious at the blatant bait and switch 😡

UPDATE:
I have updated my star rating as their customer service was fantastic and sorted the issue. I understand they’re looking into fixing the advertising issue so this doesn’t happen to others. I still recommend caution when choosing what to purchase, but the game itself is great. My three year old loves it.

I really think you should get a puzzle piece to go towards new ones every other puzzle you do so I give you chance to unlock more puzzles. I do love this game but the puzzles to buy are just to expensive and it would be nice to see your progress on the achievements to see how long you have to get the achievements. Sometimes it says Sal on the to buy ones but doesn’t look any cheaper than the last time I looked. I wish the free daily puzzles you complete would store in my puzzles so you can do them again to go towards the achievements. But I do enjoy doing a free puzzle a day.
