There were a few gremlins in the early days but the app is now up there with the best. It is so much easier to make your selection before arriving at the location. If I can’t stop because I am driving I will quickly park up in one of the spaces and order before moving to the drive thru. Perhaps you could provide a few preorder parking bays? I can imagine it being a boon to those who have a large family order; helps to reduce the queues for others too.

The offers are great - they are there to tempt you but when your intention is to buy something and it is offered at an incredible reduction it’s a win.

Suggestion: why not allow round up donations, Ronald McDonald House Charity is suffering due to the reduced number of cash sales; we always used to put the loose change in the red box, so by rounding the sale may help, asking for a donation requires a decision whereas by automatically agreeing to a fixed round up might be something customers would sign up to.

The app is incredibly frustrating to use. It’s extremely slow and laggy, even in the latest iPhone 16 Pro Max. The app freezes often and seems to suffer from poor memory management. Minimizing the app, especially on older phones, often leads to it being offloaded from memory, and reopening it makes features like order tracking unavailable.

For the past six months, I’ve faced repeated issues with missing items in delivery orders. While this problem seems to have improved recently, resolving these issues through customer service was a nightmare. Finding support contact details was almost impossible. Now, the app redirects you to Uber Eats since deliveries are handled through their platform. However, there’s no link between your McDonald’s account and your Uber Eats account. This means raising a ticket involves manually entering all the details of your order, which you can only find in the SMS after placing the order. There’s no Uber order ID in the Recent Orders section of the app, making the process unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating.

While the app design itself looks decent, its performance issues and lack of effective support options severely impact overall user experience. Please address these optimization issues and improve the support workflow to make the app functional and user-friendly

I had issue with app so many times. I order food for delivery and they always not even once but always miss miss one of my order and when I use the virtual assistant chat with them they tell me to contact UBER EATS for refund as they are the one that will help and when I try to call them they don’t even pick up call.
Today I ordered food by mistake the addresses was wrong which is my fault. I noticed asap once I clicked. I called the driver whose number was there are there was no service for helping cancellation for food. I asked the delivery driver has her arrived at the restaurant, which was. So I asked him can he possibly be able to help me cancel the order. He was kind enough to ask and help and told me that the staff told him that contact Uber eats for cancellation. Then I went to app again there is no phone number to contact them I have to Google search and contact them. Luckily for the first time in my life the phone got through. I told ten customers service team about the situation. He told me that he can’t cancel it as the driver is there. The only option is I call the delivery driver myself and tell him the new address if he is able to order. If is not able to no money will be refunded and even if I cancel it no money will be returned. Due to the address being far, I had no option but to cancel the order.
