I gotta say, I was really let down by the McDonald's app. Instead of making ordering easy, it just left me feeling frustrated and confused. As someone who usually loves McDonald's, I expected the app to make things smoother, but it was a total letdown.

First off, the app crashes way too often! Every time I try to open it, it either won’t start or it’s super slow. It’s really stressful trying to place an order when the app keeps acting up. Life is already busy enough; why should I deal with an app that keeps messing up? It wastes my time and makes me question McDonald's commitment to customer service.

And don’t even get me started on the coupon situation! I tried to use a couple of them, but they wouldn’t let me combine them. It feels pretty inconsiderate. Other brands are way more flexible, while McDonald's seems like they just don’t care about what customers want. It’s just kind of annoying and confusing.

What really gets me is the pointless game feature in the app. Those games are such a waste of time and don’t add any real value for people like me. Brands should be focusing on making the dining experience better, not cluttering their apps with silly games. This just adds to my frustration with the McDonald's app.

In short, I’m really disappointed with the McDonald's app. I hope they start listening to feedback and make some changes, or I might have to find other places that actually care about their customers.

Firstly, payment error. Money is deducted but you can never knew whether you actually ordered. Insane. It happened multiple time. It also lagging every time I open, tons of error message pops up. I cannot imagine how bad is it.
There are also bunch of stupid childish game. What on Earth you expect? We, adults, want to spend time to play such nonsense games on a underdeveloped app? You cannot even make your ordering function smooth.
Thirdly, what’s wrong with your coupon system. Most of the coupon are not even conflicting but you force me to use it in two separate orders. Do you know how inconvenient it is? I actually paid for coffee coupons, but when I want to buy few more for my friends, it forced me to order 3 times. I was embarrassed in the counter.

Overall, the McDonald's iPhone app provides a frustrating user experience. The disorganized layout, technical glitches, location detection issues, and missing pricing information all contribute to making the app cumbersome and ineffective. Significant improvements are needed to the app's design and functionality to provide a seamless ordering experience for customers.
