The app look and feel looks nice but this is the only redeeming quality

As many reviewers mentioned, this is no overall profit and loss view for your portfolio or your stocks in each market. Are they expecting us to the drop-down of each stock to see the profit and loss and sum up everything by ourselves manually?

And now after I sign in on my Touch ID, I still need to authenticate using sms. Even my bank apps does not require me to do this, is still overkill?!

One good feature is they have a nice form inside the app that makes it easy to transfer your stocks under custody to another broker. I guess they prefer us to trade with other brokerages?

The new app is a 5 star downgrade and it’s me saying it nicely! Major issues to name a few:
1. No simultaneous real time price Update of portfolio. It’s already irritating to individually update each stock to real time pricing but what makes it worse is that once you leave a stock to update other stocks to real time price, that stock price becomes stale. So by the time you update your 25th stock, the price on the 1st stock updated is already stale. Moreover, you can’t even tell which stock you have already updated, which is problematic if you a lot of stocks in portfolio, and complicated by point #2.
2. If you have two portfolios in the system, ie Non-Lien and Lien, there is no option to set default portfolio. What makes it worse is if your portfolio is the non default portfolio: When updating a stock to real time price, and going to the next stock to update, it goes back to the home page (which is not the correct portfolio). Then you have to choose your portfolio again, and update the next stock (assuming you remember which stock you updated last!). Very annoying!
3. You can’t view market value of each stock in main screen (along with other relevant information eg unrealised pnl, etc). You have to go to each stock to see such information.

I am sure there are more problems to the system, and I sincerely hope it can be improved and resolved. Otherwise, install back old platform. If not, the bank will be losing a lot of customers!

I am expecting a more prompt update of trading price like Poems and perhaps more user friendly features and end up a totally disappointment. The new features mess up my SG and US stock which used to be viewed as separate list. And my transaction history is totally in a mess, not sorted according to date! Lastly, I am using ipad or iPhone to trade and now my overview of portfolio and font size is miserable…I am seriously consider to transfer out of this platform if no improvement done as I am losing my patient to trade using this new platform. I am not sure does the programmer or designer know how to trade? I rather use back the old platform, it is much more user friendly than this so called new platform!
