Taller de literatura y sustentabilidad La literatura es una matriz sensible que nos permite captar de un modo holístico la relación del hombre con su entorno en distintas épocas y culturas. Frente al impacto del cambio climático causado por variables humanas es necesario replantearnos nuestro lugar en el mundo y qué mejor forma de hacerlo que recurriendo a estas “ventanas literarias” que nos permitirán poner en foco distintas problemáticas que emergen de nuestra forma de vida. ✨ ANNOUNCEMENT✨ I am excited to share my teams ongoing work at Lab System Change in Fashion, the dedicated research lab that focuses on challenging and transforming the current fashion system within Hecho Por Nosotros. This year, we are exploring the luxury fashion sector, recognizing that while fast fashion has been widely discussed, there is also a need to critically examine the luxury industry to encourage systemic change. Our journey began with facilitating an online panel discussions at a United Nations backed side event on “Crafting the Creative economy: Digital innovation, Culture and Regenerative value chains to advance the 2030 Agenda” hosted by HxN. From our findings we began our research that spans across various stages of the luxury fashion supply chain. From production of raw materials to transperancy of environamental & social governance and end of product practice, we believe that every aspect of the luxury fashion industry needs careful scrutiny and solutions based on sustianable innovation. As a team, we strive to create a more open space for dialogue, bringing in diverse perspectives to co-create solutions and foster meaningful change in the industry. We will be hosting webinars with luxury fashion industry professionals, policy makers, activitst and pioneers in sustainable innovation.
