Key Responsibilities

Promote our products and services using a prepared script.

Engage with prospective and current customers to answer questions and address concerns.

Maintain customer files with utmost accuracy in our database.

Uphold Spines high standards in customer service.

Suggest changes that could enhance efficiency or decrease costs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telephone sales.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.

Full-time availability for a remote position.

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

Self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred).
