Efficient labor markets are essential for an economy. For SMEs, foreign investments in efficient markets have to be financed. 🌟 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 financing investments in distant markets is always difficult, if they only focus on banks. There are numerous alternatives, particularly on the over-the-counter capital market. 💡 We are proud that our teams in Bregenz and Vienna are able to help our clients with investment banking services. One question in particular plays a central role: which financing mix and which partners fit perfectly with a company? #SMEs #FamilyBusinesses #growth #workforce #economy Turnkey Finance GmbH Melvin Huwer Harald Pöttinger Andreas Pöttinger Angela Pöttinger
For future economic growth the growth of the working population is a decisive factor. Exciting figures! 😎 China, Germany and Japan in particular are very important markets and face major demographic challenges. By contrast, the USA, India, Australia, the UK, Sweden and Turkey, for example, will develop positively. The working-age population in almost half of the US metropolitan areas has now declined due to demographic changes. This trend will continue. 💡 As a result, the (for us very important) number of workers in the US is expected to increase by only 0.2 % per year over the next ten years. Reasons for growth or shrinkage in the working population are divers, including 👇 ▶️Immigration suitable for work ▶Birth rate ▶Average age of the population ▶Expectations for the future ▶️Political framework ▶Social system ▶Societal value system The supply of labor depends heavily on the competitiveness of an economy. People are much more geographically bound as technologies. The above-mentioned factors are expected to have far-reaching effects on global labor markets. Investments in growth markets are not trivial, especially for SMEs in the DACH region. My father Harald Pöttinger and his companies cover everything related to corporate finance and M&A.
