Teambuilding Retreat at Wallmanhütte On November 12-13, 2024, our TCT (Technical Content and Translation) team travelled 🚗 together to the beautiful Wallmanhütte, a traditional alpine hut, in Gaissau, Austria ⛰️ for an inspiring workshop led by Sarah Schnaitmann from BewusstNatur. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Spielbergalm, they engaged in activities focused on systemic thinking, team strengths, and core values. 💡 They explored how each team member contributes to our collective success and the importance of flexibility, problem-solving, and open communication. Through discussions and exercises, they identified our unique strengths, such as resource optimization, a holistic perspective, and a strong people orientation. 🎯 The retreat also focused on our core values—respect, gratitude, openness, and honesty—and how they shape our internal and external team dynamics. They left with actionable insights on enhancing communication, collaboration, and overall team effectiveness.
