🎿 Skinnovation.io Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in Skinnovation, a unique startup conference on skis, spanning over two days. It was an exhilarating journey filled with pitches from startups across a myriad of industries—healthcare, fintech, risk management, and energy to name a few. The atmosphere buzzed with electricity, a testament to the innovative spirits gathered there. 🤝 #Networking #StartupLife The event was peppered with wonderful encounters and inspiring conversations. I'm grateful for the chance to reconnect with friends from Tyrol, Vienna, Munich, and beyond, while also forging new acquaintances. How delightful! After a tiring train journey through the leisurely "German Corner," I've finally arrived in Innsbruck for the opening event of Skinnovation.io After months in the corporate world, it's invigorating to immerse myself again in the startup scene for two days, embracing the speed, innovation, and joy of rapid prototyping and quick decision-making of young founders. 💯⛷️🦄 Tomorrow, it's off to the ski slopes and ski lift pitches. I've been assigned some incredibly exciting startups from my favorite industries. Stay tuned for more updates tomorrow evening. We build Risk Management into Financial Health! Customer-centered service design at its best: Nach 4 Monaten intensiver Recherche hatte ich letzte Woche die Ehre, einen Co-Creation Workshop für zwei bedeutende Branchenführer zu gestalten und zu leiten: Mitarbeiter:innen von Erste Bank und Sparkasse, Erste Group Bank AG, GrECo Austria und GrECo Group haben sich zwei Tage lang gemeinsam mit CFOs und Unternehmer:innen mit einer Vielzahl von Themen auseinandergesetzt. Dabei wurden Ideen geboren, Konzepte entwickelt und Prototypen gebaut, die zuletzt in 1-Minute-Pitches präsentiert wurden. (Chapeau! Ihr habt es alle in der vorgegebenen Zeit geschafft.) 👉 Die größte Überraschung für mich war, dass wir insgesamt mehr kreative "Right-Brainer" als analytische "Left-Brainer" waren. 👉 Das beste Feedback war: "Gib den Kund:innen beim nächsten Mal eine noch aktivere Rolle." Sehr gerne! Vielen Dank an alle, dass ihr dem Prozess vertraut und bis zuletzt euer Bestes gegeben habt! Natürlich habe ich das nicht alleine geschafft - herzlichen Dank an Verena Kuen (née Jaschke) und Ana-Maria Salcu von 1030 Innovation Consulting für eure Agenturbegleitung. Eure minutiöse Vorbereitung und Co-Moderation beim Workshop haben mich durch den Tag getragen. Und last but not least ein herzliches Dankeschön an meinen wunderbaren Kollegen Christoph Titze - du hast die Rädchen während des Workshops immer am Laufen gehalten und bist insgesamt seit 4 Monaten mein Netzwerker und guter Geist im Hintergrund :-) Ich freue mich darauf, die Verheiratung von Risk Management mit Financial Health weiter voranzutreiben - auf dass noch viele gemeinsame Babys auf die Welt kommen.
