Our new Helvetia strategy is here. It focuses on strengthening our position in both the retail and specialty lines business and is implemented in three-year cycles until 2035. Our focus is: 📍 Proximity to our customers: our goal is to better serve our customers throughout their lives and become their preferred provider in all country markets. 🌍 Expertise in global specialties: we aim to occupy a leading role in the existing specialty lines business and expand our international presence with a “smart follower” approach, building on our strengths. 📈 The new ambitious financial targets for 2025-2027 are: ✅Underlying ROE of 13-16%  ✅Underlying EPS compound annual growth rate of 9-11%  ✅Cumulative dividend payments of over CHF 1.2 billion. ✨ On Monday, we hosted the Top Employers Exchange Session on Neurodiversity in our newly opened Auditorium in Basel. Dr. Barbara Wicki, Head Corporate HR at Helvetia Insurance Group, opened the event, setting the tone for a meaningful conversation about how we can better support neurodiverse talent in the workplace. 💡 During this session, over 40 participants – from Helvetia and other certified Top Employers – explored how companies can support and promote neurodiverse talents. Best practices were shared, and the necessary steps were discussed to achieve a truly inclusive workplace. The exchange of ideas and experiences was invaluable, and all participants gained insights on implementing these strategies within their own organizations.
