𝗜𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮? 🤔 You may have seen vibrant blue drinks popping up on Social Media, but here’s the truth: Blue Matcha isn’t actually Matcha! Blue Matcha is made from the butterfly pea flower, not green tea leaves. While Blue Matcha is packed with antioxidants, it doesn’t contain caffeine and doesn't offer the same health benefits as the real green Matcha. At AIYA, we’re all about the real deal — authentic Japanese Matcha, made from 100% Tencha leaves. 🌱🍵 Curious to learn more about real Matcha and its benefits? The quality of your Matcha makes all the difference! 👉🏼 Here is how to spot the signs of high vs. low-quality Matcha: 🍃 Premium Matcha: High-grade, authentic Matcha stands out with its vibrant, bright green color. When whisked, it creates a smooth, creamy, bubble-free texture. Packed with antioxidants like EGCG, premium Matcha delivers exceptional health benefits. 🍂 Lower-Grade Matcha: Low-cost Matcha often has a yellowish or brownish tint, signaling poor quality or improper storage. It can be difficult to whisk, contains fewer antioxidants, and often has a bitter, unpleasant taste. 🚫 Spotting Fake Matcha: In Europe and some other regions, where "Matcha" is not a protected term, some products labeled as Matcha are simply powdered green tea. Real Matcha is made from shade-grown Tencha leaves, meticulously stone-ground into a fine powder. At AIYA, we are dedicated to providing only high-quality Japanese Matcha made from 100% Tencha leaves. 👉🏼 Interested in more Matcha insights and business tips? 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝘃𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲: 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲? On this International Coffee Day, it’s the perfect time to compare two popular caffeinated drinks: Matcha and Coffee. Both contain caffeine, but their effects on energy and health differ significantly. While Coffee offers a quick boost followed by a crash or anxiety, Matcha provides steady energy throughout the day, thanks to its combination of caffeine and L-Theanine¹. When it comes to health benefits, Matcha stands out with its high antioxidant content, particularly EGCG, which supports metabolism and overall well-being². Coffee, though rich in antioxidants, can sometimes lead to increased anxiety, heart palpitations, and sleep disruptions when consumed in excess³. Matcha’s alkalinity also makes it gentler on the stomach compared to Coffee, which can cause acid reflux⁴. By offering AIYA Matcha, you can appeal to health-conscious customers and provide a premium alternative to Coffee. #AIYAMatcha #Matcha #Coffee #Comparison #Health #InternationalCoffeeDay Sources: ¹ Nobre, A. Hey Baristas and Latte Fans! 🥛 Follow these steps to craft the perfect milk foam heart for your Matcha Latte: 1️⃣ Prepare the Matcha Base: Whisk 1-2 teaspoons of Matcha powder or premix with a small amount of hot water or plant-based milk until smooth. 2️⃣ Steam the Milk: Use a steam wand to froth the milk until it reaches a creamy, smooth consistency. 3️⃣ Pour the Foam: Slightly tilt your Matcha latte cup. Begin pouring the frothed milk from a height of approximately 2 inches, allowing it to flow beneath the Matcha layer. 4️⃣ Create the Foam Heart: Gently shake your wrist side to side to form a foam circle on the surface. As the cup fills, lower the milk pitcher closer to the surface and reduce the flow slightly. Once the white circle forms, pour a thin stream of milk through the circle to shape a heart. 5️⃣ Finish: Lift the pitcher slightly and conclude with a quick flick to define the heart’s bottom point. Enhance your barista skills to impress your customers or colleagues. 🍵 Special thanks to ESPRESSOMOBIL and Jakub Herrmann for hosting this inspiring Matcha Latte Art Workshop! #AIYA #Espressomobil #Tutorial #Matcha #MatchaLatte #LatteArt #LatteHeart #FoamHeart #Barista #BaristaSkills #StepByStep #Workshop
