Since 2020, we've worked closely with PROENERGY to co-create specialized components for gas turbines. What started as a supplier relationship has evolved into a partnership built on trust, transparency, and shared expertise. Together, we've applied our strengths in special welding, engineering, co-creation, and manufacturing to solve complex challenges. One key achievement has been transitioning critical components like the Turbine Rear Frame (TRF) and VBV Duct from cast to fabricated parts, improving durability and performance. An excellent example of out-of-the-box problem-solving was the 3D printing of struts for the TRF, in partnership with M&H CNC Technik GmbH, to overcome challenges with traditional manufacturing methods.
