Cunext Group is building a cutting-edge copper refinery in Córdoba, Spain, designed with a strong focus on sustainability and resource efficiency. Using advanced tilting furnace technology, the facility recycles copper scrap into high-purity cathodes, reducing reliance on primary mining and conserving natural resources. With an initial production capacity of 100,000 tonnes (scalable to 130,000 tonnes), this state-of-the-art plant operates on green electricity, eliminates fossil fuels, and utilizes e-mobility for internal transport—delivering one of the lowest CO2 footprints in the industry. The METTOP-#BRX Technology offers an economic and efficient solution for enhancing production and productivity in both new and existing electro-refining tankhouses, leveraging the benefits of parallel electrolyte flow. After a decade of successful operation in China, it has become the #benchmark for copper refineries, delivering unparalleled current density and efficiency worldwide. Achieving these ambitious goals requires collaboration with top industry experts.💪 With over 40 years of experience working with G Corner Electrical Systems, MSS India has developed and delivered world-leading DC busbar systems for high-current refinery applications worldwide.
