👋 Hi everyone! I’m Tomás, a Chilean passionate about challenges that drive personal and professional growth. I currently work at Adam, an experience that has transformed my perspective on both life and work. Let me share a bit about my journey and why I’m so excited to be part of this team. 🎒 My journey begins After graduating in Business and Management in Chile, I decided to embark on a unique experience: living in Europe. My goal was to improve my English and step out of my comfort zone. I lived in amazing places like Malta, Spain, Slovakia, and Ireland, working in multinational companies such as Kyndryl and Amazon, as well as consultancies like Infosys. Despite these experiences, I felt something was missing—a job that truly excited me and made me look forward to each day. ⚡ A turning point Everything changed after a conversation with my friend Lucas, who was already working at Adam. He told me about the dynamic environment, the chance to develop a product, and the steep learning curve. That’s when I thought: "This could be what I’m looking for." I joined Adam 10 months ago, and I can confidently say I don’t regret it. 💡 Lessons and achievements at Adam In this time, I’ve learned so much: accounting, marketing, HR, and more. Every day brings new challenges that not only motivate me but also reveal skills I didn’t know I had. The most important thing I’ve realized is that if I want something, I can achieve it—it all depends on me. Adam’s environment has been key to unlocking my potential and becoming the professional I’ve always wanted to be.

👋🏻 Hey, I am Rasmus. I am 23 years old, and I am currently studying International Business Administration. My home university is the The Berlin School of Economics and Law. As part of my studies, I am currently doing a six-month internship as a Junior Project Manager for the German market. So, those are the basics you should know about me. However, let’s start from the beginning of my Adam journey. Before Adam 💪🏻 Let’s be honest, the reason I chose the Czech Republic as the destination for my six-month internship is the fact that my girlfriend is from Prague – I met her in 2023 during an exchange program in Nice. However, I also promised myself that I wanted to do my internship at a company that truly met my expectations: a company where I could learn on a professional level, grow on a personal level, and genuinely feel a sense of belonging. After a few months of comparing different internship offers, I attended a trial day at Adam and was fully convinced that this would be a great place for my internship. At this point, my decision was mainly based on the people who welcomed me with openness and friendliness, and the job itself also seemed multifaceted and challenging. My Time at Adam 🚀 I started my internship on the 1st of August 2024. So, while I am writing this, I’ve been part of the team for nearly five months… time has passed by really fast. What I really like about working at Adam is the fact that I’ve received (even as an intern) a lot of responsibility and trust from the very beginning onwards. Furthermore, the team is amazing, and outside of work, we’ve also had a great time together. And since it’s a startup, I’ve gained insights into many different fields, such as operations, marketing, and hiring. To sum it up 👇🏻 The main question I ask myself after such an experience is the following: “If I had to choose again, would I make the same decision?” The answer is definitely “Yes!” I would choose Adam over and over again. Ho-ho-ho Celebrating Christmas at Adam 🎄 At Adam, the magic of the holidays isn’t just in the festivities - it’s in the moments we share together to build better relationships. This Christmas, our teams across offices, decided to celebrate in different ways: 🎉In Prague, our team enjoyed an amazing party full of food, we had Secret Santa and played many games! In Madrid, we cozied up over a delicious dinner in a decorated restaurant, discussing our holiday plans! ⛸ Athens got into the holiday spirit with some fun ice skating and enjoyed a festive mood! While in Budapest, we sipped wine, enjoying Christmas music 🎶. ✨ We wish you all a very Merry Christmas ✨
