    Kurz vor Weihnachten schicken wir noch ein Weihnachtspaket nach China. 🎁 ✈️ Unsere Beschichtungsanlage wird noch vor Weihnachten geliefert und Anfang Jänner startet die Inbetriebnahme. Die Beschichtungsanlage von Inocon Technologie GmbH ermöglicht die präzise Anwendung von Mikro- (Pulver) und Nano-Beschichtungen (SiOx) auf einer Vielzahl von Substraten wie Metall, Kunststoffen, Verbundwerkstoffen und Holz. Mit einem Arbeitsbereich von ca. 500x500 mm und einem XY-Handling für exakte Bewegungen bietet das System eine hohe Flexibilität. Dank der integrierten Visualisierung können Prozessparameter überwacht und gespeichert werden, was eine optimale Steuerung ermöglicht. Das innovative Plasma-Verfahren #IC3 arbeitet unter Atmosphärendruck mit Argon und bietet zwei effiziente Beschichtungsprozesse, die sich durch eine einfache Anpassung der Zuführeinheit anpassen lassen. Yet, there’s a troubling trend across Europe: companies hesitating to pursue groundbreaking initiatives, often saying, “The Chinese are already doing this—at a cost we can’t match.” While in Asia, companies are charging forward, setting trends with new developments like aluminum electronics.
