Over the course of the Innsbruck Beach Event 2024, we had the opportunity to deploy our AI-driven chatbot solution, designed specifically to enhance user experience and optimize event management. This collaboration, alongside Simon Varges’ team, gave us a perfect environment to test, fine-tune, and push the boundaries of AI agent orchestration in the event space. 🎯 Setup & Sources: For this event, Qint.ai’s chatbot solution was built to integrate seamlessly with multiple data sources: > 30 static sources from the event’s info, including schedules, location details, and program updates. > 2 dynamic sources from the official FIVB volleyball rankings, ensuring real-time access to player rankings and live updates. The combination of static and dynamic sources allowed our chatbot to handle a wide range of inquiries, from logistical questions to real-time volleyball rankings, ensuring that users always received the most up-to-date information. 💡 Challenges & Execution: One of the main challenges when orchestrating AI agents for events is identifying pain points and needs before they arise. This required us to fine-tune our Agent-Orchestrated AI Tools, ensuring the agents worked as a team to deliver concise and accurate information.
