Shadowmap hat dies direkt geteilt
I had the special honor to be part of an intimate round invited by His Excellency Omar Sultan AlOlama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy. When pitching Shadowmap, he got inspired to tell a story about the early stages of Dubai, long before it turned into the massive business hub it is today. His story obviously involved the Sun – which can be quite brutal here. On the other hand, it creates many opportunities, e.g. in energy or real estate and this is where Shadowmap excels! We reconnect humanity with the Sun through the simplest interface you can imagine. Dubai gets it. ☀️ I am very grateful for this opportunity and my thanks go out to Johannes Brunner for making this possible, Pascal Haider for organizing the whole event, Etienne Berchtold for spreading the message, Hoor Aref for taking this video and Hour al Qahtani for assisting upcoming exchange! Konkret schaffte man es in das Finale Austrian PropTech Initiative (apti) Awards 2024 auf der Münchner Messe Expo Real. Dort gewann das Wiener Startup das Publikumvoting. Shadowmap has won! ☀️ Our industry-changing integration into willhaben's real estate platform brought us to the finals of the Austrian PropTech Initiative (apti) Award 2024 at EXPO REAL (Messe München). Together with willhaben, we brighten the lives of tens of thousands of people and future homeowners – true to our motto: #TheSunForEveryone. Winning the public voting at this packed event is the best approval we could ask for on our mission to reconnect humanity with the Sun and we are grateful for each of you who voted for us! willhaben is Austria's #1 page by traffic and among the two biggest real estate platforms in the country – this is a big deal. We are grateful for their drive to innovate and for their trust in us. And it pays off: willhaben's users love Shadowmap! In a survey, 91% agreed that "Shadowmap's simulation of sunlight conditions makes it easier for me to decide for an apartment". Of course we always knew that 😎 but actually hearing such feedback hits different! Our first test-run with willhaben started at the beginning of 2024 and while I'm writing this, we are proud to announce that we are working on the last details to ship an even deeper integration, where Shadowmap will be accessible from tens of thousands property listing pages directly. Stay tuned. This is a huge milestone and validation for us. Our thanks go out to the team of willhaben, especially to Silia Do Alena Traub who courageously drove this forward, her team Ralph Wachter, Eveline Bader, Florian Frühberger, Konstantin Kovar and of course Judith Kössner.
