Training Days in Great Britain 💡 Classic British weather didn’t stop our UKI team from an intensive on-farm training! Together, the team analysed a 400-cow dairy farm, identifying ways to further improve nutrition, management and herd health. 🐄 Through hands-on sessions and expert discussions, our team explored how smaXtec helps farmers make data-driven decisions that drive long-term success and enhance profitability. 🚀

Last week, we wrapped up the year with our End-of-the-Year Party at our headquarters in Graz! 🥳 The evening kicked off with our AllStaff Meeting, where our global team joined virtually. Together, we reflected on this year’s incredible achievements and celebrated our collective successes while setting the stage for an exciting 2025. 🌍💼 Following the meeting, the celebration continued with delicious catering that kept everyone energised, while a DJ provided the perfect soundtrack for the dance floor. For those looking for a different kind of fun, our "games room" was a hit – whether racing in Mario Kart, playing beer pong, or enjoying board games, there was something for everyone! 🎮🍻🎲 A big thank you goes out to our amazing team – you are what makes smaXtec so special. A Party to Remember! 🥳 A perfect end to a successful day at EuroTier 2024, with over 100 guests joining our fantastic after-party. The highlight of the evening was the announcement of our Producer of the Year: 🎉 Ulf Blohm! 🎉 Choosing the winner was no easy task – we received many outstanding applications, and the selection process was a real challenge. However, the farmer from Schleswig-Holstein stood out for his true commitment to sustainability and the well-being of his herd. 🐄🌱 Since joining the smaXtec community in 2022, Ulf Blohm has already achieved impressive results on his farm: "smaXtec has greatly helped us to keep our cows in the barn longer. Over the past two years, we’ve been able to increase our average total lifetime milk production from 56,000 kg to 62,000 kg, not least because smaXtec monitors our cows and we can see that they are doing well!" 📊
