The world faces shortage of ultra-fresh locally grown food. We need to move to local production because of logistics, pandemics, geopolitics and climate change. On an existing industrial scale mushroom farm 50% of mushrooms is written off during logistics from the farm to the consumer. We bring the city farming principle to the mushroom growing industry. This can decrease write-off rates by 80%. But there is no technology and business model for such farms. 70% of them go bankrupt in 3 years of work. Our solution is a turnkey mushroom farm. That consists of: our unique substrate machine, mushroom growing rooms with growing racks, sensors and ventilation unit, climate controlling software and production planning software. All together it increases the margin of mushroom city farms. All the systems already work on our own farm where we produce 10 tons of oyster, eringi and shiitake per month. We are a technology supplier and not a farming company. Hardware is produced on contract factories and farms are assembled by our contractors. We are providing mushroom farming technology. That’s why we can scale up the number of farms sold exponentially. We earn money on mushroom farm sales and monthly sales of mycelium and substrate to the farms. Our goal is to make our hardware for free for our clients and move all the costs to the monthly mycelium sales. Our vision is to develop a product line of kit farms of different formats, sell them all around the world and supply them with high quality mycelium. Breed more effective mycelium strains and continuously educate the automation software on the network of farms to grow different types of mushrooms more efficient.
