I had the pleasure of giving a guest lecture at the FH in Villach as part of the Master's program "Management & Leadership of Global Teams". We were delighted to visit the Caritas „Lerncafé“ Hubertusstraße in Klagenfurt, where children and young people aged six to fifteen receive free afternoon care, help with homework and learning, and meaningful leisure activities.
