🚀 Innovationsexpedition Kick-Off at DONAU! We’re thrilled to launch our 5-month Innovationsexpedition at DONAU with Philipp Vejchoda & Malena Gruber, empowering two teams to learn innovation methods, hone their entrepreneurial skills and actively shape the future business of the DONAU Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group. 🕵️♀️ Innovationsexpedition Program:  • In the first phase of the expedition, participants dive into the 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲—defining and validating challenges faced by their target audiences.  • In the second phase, they shift to the 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, building creative solutions and profitable business cases to tackle these challenges.    The kick-off bootcamp in November set the stage with:  ✨ Finding fitting Teamnames  ✨ Getting into the Innovation Mindset  ✨ Exploring the Topic Canvas  ✨ Defining first Problem Hypotheses  It was really inspiring to see how much motivation and effort every single participant put into that first workshop.  Over the upcoming months, we will continue to work closely with the two teams on their innovation journey and host many more workshops & bootcamps. From aligning our vision to starting exciting expeditions, this month was all about creativity, connection, and making big things happen:    🚀 Pitch Training Wiener Stadtwerke GmbH  Josef Gasteiger and Janina Lehr guided experts from Wiener Stadtwerke GmbH on delivering impactful pitches for their employer brand at career events. 🎯 DONAU Innovationsexpedition  We launched the 5-month 'Innovationsexpedition' at DONAU Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group, where two teams with people from all departments will validate problems, explore solutions, and build innovative projects through workshops, brainstorming, and bi-weekly coaching with the help of Malena Gruber, Philipp Vejchoda and us. 🌱 AWS First Incubator  In November we kicked-off the next batch of the aws first incubator program with 13 motivated startup teams. Over the next year, we will support these teams in multiple bootcamps and as coaches to find product-market-fit and accelerate their growth. 🎉 Team Event at Superbude  We had an amazing team day at Superbude to align our common vision for TheVentury and reflect on our core values. We then ended the day by sharing a great dinner together and a fun bowling night 🎳 💡 Innovation Brunch  At our 5th edition, we explored how strategic & physical innovation spaces fuel creativity and business success, featuring insights from architects and industry leaders at the stunning venue DONAU Auen. 🏓 Wien Energie Venture  As the next gate stage meeting for the Wien Energie Venture approaches, our Venture Builders (Julian Kossmann & Christoph Hornik) took a well-deserved break after their intensive work testing the latest prototype and gathering LOIs. Luckily, the meeting room table doubles as a ping-pong table! 🤝 OMV Collaboration  Franziska Hecht and Josef Gasteiger linked back up with the OMV Deutschland communications team in Bavaria and sparred on team dynamics and future communications.  Thank you to everyone who made this month so productive, inspiring AND fun —let's keep the momentum going! 🙌  #HappyVenturing #TheVentury

This event brought together leading innovation managers and decision-makers to explore how innovation spaces can secure the future of business through creativity, collaboration, and performance. Key takeaways from the day: ✨ Natalie Pichler and Markus Url (OFFORA) demonstrated how interior design can fuel creativity and productivity, emphasizing the transformative power of spaces that inspire innovation. ✨ Nicole Stroj (Raiffeisen Bank International AG) shared how fostering collaboration and creativity can go beyond physical spaces, introducing three important dimension of space: Strategic room, temporal room (making time) and physical room. ✨ Gerhard Moser (personal b.a.s.e. Consulting e.U.) provided compelling insights into how reducing stress can help facilitate more mental capacity for creativity and innovation. ✨ Philipp Vejchoda (DONAU Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group) shared how the DONAU Auen "moved" the DONAU Versicherungen not just in the sense of creating a room, but also in creating a more collaborative culture. ✨ Bertram List (Yuniti Innovations GmbH) presented the story behind Yuniti Innovations, showcasing how a family-owned company leveraged their innovation potential to develop a new business model like Yuniti.
