I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near the Sapporo JR station. You can sense that the hotel has a slightly old or dated atmosphere. That said, the room size is decent, very clean, and the service is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

We recently stayed at the Grand Mercury in Sapporo and had a generally positive experience. The hotel's location is very strategic, allowing easy access to various attractions in the city. It was a great hotel and helpful staff to guide us on moving around the hotel . It is so convenient to have a direct bus to the airport just outside the hotel. The room was spacious, and money worth for my two nights stayed. Will book again if going Sapporo again.

This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in during my time in Japan; the design is modern, the buffet is wonderful (although a little pricy) and the view of Odori park was great. I especially enjoyed the bath, as it was separate from the toilet, which is rare for smaller hotel rooms in this country. The staff were very kind and understanding, as I had asked for my luggage to be held until 3 pm but I didn’t retrieve it till much later with no issue. I stayed in the standard queen room and got more than I expected. Would recommend heartily!

Die Lage am Nakajima Park war hervorragend! Das Sehen der Gärten und des Sees vom Hotelfenster ist für die Seele ruhig. Sehr angenehm zu Fuß zum Nakajima Station und von der Menge entfernt. Front Desk Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wäre sicher zurück und bei Premier bei einem Besuch wieder auf dem Weg.

The hotel reminded me of New York City's Empire State Building with the Art Deco motif. It's an old classic look which I found to be very appealing. Location wise it's less than 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo station. There are a number of tourist, shopping, nightlife and restaurant spots all within walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular and everything was very clean. The breakfast, especially the waffle station, was delicious and offered a wide variety of western and Asian dishes.

家族3人で1泊しました。エキストラベッドを入れると少し部屋は狭いですが(スーツケースを広げるとスペースが無くなる)、最近改装されたのかとても綺麗でした。大浴場があります。露天風呂もありますが景色は見れません。ですが外気に当たり気持ち良いです。大浴場もこまめに清掃されて清潔でした。繁忙期で宿泊客が多いからか、チェックイン時間がキッチリ決まっており、「4時にチェックインのお客様〜お待たせしました〜チェックイン開始します〜」と案内されました。皆さんロビーで待機されていました。レストランは使用していませんが、朝食の雰囲気、とても良かったです。札幌駅からは少し遠い(徒歩20分くらいでしょうか)ですが、のんびり歩いて、大通りやすすきのなど札幌市内の散策も良いかと思います。

I’ve been to Sapporo several times and also wanted to stay at this hotel. Location is very convenient, just next to JR Sapporo station, driving there is easy as well. Parking for a small fee on site without the hassle of going outdoors is a plus as it is very cold outside during this period. Hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants, there are plenty to choose from. Breakfast is average, but the view is really nice. The nearby restaurants make up for the average onsite breakfast. The view from our room was fantastic, day and night view of Sapporo is an eye catcher. The amenities they provide is also of good quality. The hotel could use some renovation as it is beginning to look dated. Also downside is that the onsen on the 22 floor requires additional fee. It would be great if hotel guest can use it for free. Overall a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.

Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, sehr lecker, ich mache auch Arbeit im Zusammenhang mit der Ernährung, so dass ich Ihre Schwierigkeiten gut verstehen kann, natürlich wird die Arbeitszeit sehr früh sein und es gibt so viele Dinge früh am Morgen. Ich finde es schwierig, vorzubereiten, der freundliche Kundenservice ist auch sehr komfortabel. Seit dem Morgen habe ich mich neu gefühlt. Vielen Dank für Ihren frühen Morgenstuhl. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und 々, sehr sauber, ich bin hier geblieben. Ich möchte mich in der bequemen Lage vor der Xinjiang-Station befinden, ich möchte mich sicher noch einmal begeben.
