It was great to attend Navigate and Engage last week. An excellent first HR and Employment Conference hosted by the Australian Hotels Association - SA Branch. Sharni King our Vice President - Operations from the 1834 Hotels team had an insightful discussion moderated by Owen Webb, Deputy CEO at the AHA SA on the Recruitment and Retention panel with Ben Mayne from Alliance College, Suria Ward from PeopleQ and Rahel Wheatley from Adelaide Marriott.
