We can’t believe it’s been over 10 years since the launch of 3TOM! It was a blast reminiscing about the journey a couple of weeks ago with our amazing panel - Jessica Melville, Camilla Love , and Celine Kabashima, CFA, CAIA - moderated by the fabulous Belinda White. From fringe hairstyles and failed career paths to successful podcasts—and everything in between— we’ve experienced the highs and lows of both our industry and personal lives. Striving to succeed at home and at work, it has been our network of industry peers and friends, many of whom we met through 3TOM all those years ago, who have kept us going, lifting us up when we’ve fallen, and always encouraging us along the way—often with a cocktail in hand and plenty of laughs! 3TOM was founded in 2013 and our purpose is to empower, connect and celebrate women. We are a group of like-minded professional women in funds management based in Sydney. We aim to create a supportive network and to build meaningful and lasting relationships on a professional and personal level. We organise social and educational events where networks can be fostered organically. We meet every 3rd Thursday of the month (3TOM) to catch up with industry peers, colleagues and friends and to make new connections.
