I had intended through 2023 to reflect and record more consistently our 776BC achievements, but such was the change and demands, it felt like the last few days was my first chance to pause and reflect on what has been a year of significant change, milestones and a huge amount of energy building a team and foundations to set up a very exciting next stage of our 776BC journey. Our key achievement is the people we continue to build in to and around our business. Over the last 12 months we added considerable experience and talent to the team with Simon Traynor FAICD (776BC Chair), Brooke Franklin (GM), Sarah Harvey (Global Head of Omni channel), Sam Hodgson (Global Marketing manager), Gareth Dyer MA (Head of Global Design), Jonny Wellman (Graphic Design Lead), Meg Hodgson (Social Media Lead) having joined the team to strengthen an already great crew. We had some great highs with our partnerships with Head Of The Charles Regatta, MGM and the launch of the iconic Boys of the Boat movie, launching our Motion range with Peloton Interactive and finishing the year launching our BITB collection with Nordstrom. 2024 we’re going to double down on our commitment to serving the athlete, through competition, training and recovery. We’re working on some significant leaps forward with our performance products and range and we’ll also be out and about at a lot more events across the globe through 2024. And it’s an Olympic year!! So it’s easy to get excited, and a lot of our energy will go in to supporting all the athletes we work with as their preparations come together to perform on the ultimate stage. We love the journey we’re building, the athletes and the community we work with, and our excitement continues to strengthen with the team we now have around us. Big year behind us, even bigger year ahead! Happy new year! Best, Cameron
