To further celebrate our 'top out' milestone at 51 Albert - we brought together our valued purchasers at 51 Albert and clients of New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty & Urban Activation's at the NZSIR National Gallery in Britomart. The entrance was adorned with two spectacular Aston Martins graciously provided by Giltrap Group, setting the tone for an unforgettable event. Proudly, we announced Coco Republic as our Furniture and Decor partner for the residential development of 51 Albert, unveiling the meticulously curated Penthouse scheme by the Coco Republic team, set to hit the market in the new year.
