We are delighted to announce that we have signed an agreement with Simon & Schuster Australia (S&S Australia) under which we will become part of Simon and Schuster, one of the world’s preeminent publishing houses. The acquisition will include all of our publishing in Australia; however, we will continue to maintain brand independence, operating as a subsidiary of Simon & Schuster Australia. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.   Since our inception, Affirm Press has been dedicated to publishing the most entertaining and engaging Australian authors across fiction, non-fiction and children’s books.
