We're thrilled to share that Malcolm Lazenby from Global Leadership Foundation, one of AIESEC's National Partners, delivered a powerful session on Leadership Communication at the AIESEC in Australia's October Presidents' Meeting! 🌍🎯 The session was deeply insightful, with Malcolm sharing key lessons on leadership communication and effectiveness. His vast experience and knowledge truly resonated with the delegates, especially as they explored the concept of "Above the Line and Below the Line" communication — a crucial reminder that effective leadership requires accountability, solution-focused thinking, and positive team dynamics, even in the face of challenges. 🌟 Malcolm also guided delegates through the Critical Success Factors for Change, highlighting how true leadership is not only about having a vision but also about knowing how to inspire and sustain impactful change within their teams. His approach to leadership truly shifted their perspectives on how to drive and navigate change effectively. “I’m grateful for these opportunities to learn and grow alongside inspiring leaders from across AIESEC. Looking forward to applying these lessons to create a more positive and effective leadership culture in my own team!” - Ryan Foo (Branch Manager of AIESEC in UNSW 2025) Once again, thank you Malcolm Lazenby and Global Leadership Foundation for the session — we’re excited about future collaborations! 🤝 #AIESECinAustralia #PartnerForImpact #LeadershipDevelopment
